Processing time

"Ready to Ship" orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping within the US

All Items ship via USPS. You may choose either USPS FIRST CLASS (3-5 business days) or USPS PRIORITY (1-3 business days). These services include a tracking number which you will receive once the item ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available. 

*Insurance is included on all orders.

Once the package is handed over to USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of Wild Muse Jewelry Co. and I am not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or delayed packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, since you are on the receiving side, you will need to contact your local USPS office to set up a claim. 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Due to the 50% tariffs it doesn't make sense to offer international shipping at this time.
